Productivity is never an accident. It is always the result of a commitment to excellence, intelligent planning and focused effort. (Paul Meyer)
Most of us want to be more productive as both in business and everyday life, productivity has become a measurement for worthiness and success. But what does being productive really consist of?
Merriam-Webster dictionary defines productivity simply as the quality or state of being productive. This seems hardly like an eye-opening definition – personally, I believe productivity to be more than improving efficiency, or faster execution of tasks. Productivity requires us to do things smarter and better. As Mr. Meyer mentions above – commit oneself to excel, plan smarter and focus on one’s goals.
A great example of commitment and finding smarter ways of working is Rishabh Engineering from Afganistan. Rishabh Engineering increased overall productivity with an impressive 20% after using a smarter design tool, CADWorx Plant Professional. You can watch the complete case study video here.
In addition, I’d like to encourage you to join our Analysis Events taking place in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands on 14th & 15th of March, 2017 to learn how you can improve productivity, share best practices and discuss your challenges with peers and industry experts.
