Dear Dominic

In your webinar you have shown PDF file (Guideline to prepare the model for isometrics output).

Could you please share this file with us.

We, at our office are facing several difficulties in isometric extraction from Caesar including line contuinuation and other errors.

I understand that this PDF help file would be helpful to us to solve our problems.

To download codec, please visit: https://www.gotomeeting.com/codec

Or this site: https://www.footnoting.com/codec

Hope this helps

Hello,

faced a codec issue trying to view this webinar in Windows Media Player (have not experienced this with prior webinars).
"A codec is required to play this file. To determine if this codec is available..."

Hi Luca:

We will be covering split point assignment in tomorrow's webinar. Access will be provided to the webinar recording afterwards for those of you who are unable to attend.

Isometric symbol customization is SKEY based and as such limited to the range of SKEYS exported to PCF. As you have indicated, this range is limited. More advanced customization facilities are accomodated by our design packages, particularly CADWorx Plant.

The best way to receive Intergraph support is through the Intergraph eCustomer portal. If you have not already done so, please sign-up on Intergraph eCustomer at https:\\crmweb.intergraph.com\ by clicking the "I'm a new user" link, then the "click here" link on the first bullet of the next page.

Signing up on eCustomer will take very little time and will give you access not only to a wider range of Intergraph resources assisting with submitted questions, it will also give you direct access to Intergraph’s knowledge base articles, latest product updates, and much more.

Best Regards,
Dominik Hepp
