Intergraph CADWorx & Analysis Solutions needs your help!
We have recently added a new Technical Support organization and have implemented a new web-based support system. Part of that new system comprises a searchable knowledge base with technical articles on various subjects applicable to using our software.
We need more articles for our products, including CADWorx, CAESAR II, PV Elite, and TANK. Our goal is to provide all our customers with the best technical support possible and one of the most effective ways to provide quality support is to post a vast array of knowledge base articles that will allow our customers to find answers to their questions quickly.
We are hereby announcing the ICAS Knowledge Base Advisor Contest and ask for your participation. Submit articles explaining common questions and solutions in the use of or modeling with our software and you could win a prize! The contest opens now and will run through June 30, 2012 when all submissions will be judged by ICAS.
There will be one Grand Prize Winner of $2,000.00 and also winners in each product category of $1,000.00 and $500.00. Additionally, all winners shall receive free admission to CADWorx & Analysis University 2012 (click on link below for rules and full details).
Articles will be judged according to technical content and usefulness to our customers, with bonus points awarded to those entrants who have submitted multiple articles on different topics. Your company name and your name will be headlined under the article title unless you want us to withhold it for any reason.
