This webinar describes how the analysis of the complete pressure vessel contributes to the overall efficiency, effectiveness, and safety of process plants. Although it is possible to do analysis of the individual components that make up a vessel, there is much more than internal pressure and corrosion allowances that affect a vessel’s final design. It is only when the component parts of a vessel are treated as a whole can analysis be performed that takes into account the boundary conditions under which a vessel operates.

During this webinar you will discover how, using Intergraph PV Elite™, engineers can produce more complete (and therefore better) analysis by taking into account boundary conditions like wind, seismic and even transportation, on the complete vessel. This session is for anyone in plant engineering and design and will include examples of the real world effects of boundary conditions on pressure vessels in the field.

Ray Delaforce

Ray joined Intergraph CADWorx and Analysis Solutions group in 2003. Ray provides technical support in the PV Elite support and maintenance department. His duties include training in the use of PV Elite software both in the United States and abroad.
